I would like to book Oak Apple Barn for the dates indicated above, and will be
responsible for my party, not exceeding 4 people. I undertake to leave Oak Apple
Barn in a clean and tidy condition and I understand and agree that the Good
Housekeeping Deposit (which I am required to send with the balance of my rental
payment) may be used to offset the cost of remedying any damage and/or breakages,
or losses; or restoring the property to a clean and tidy condition following my departure,
should I fail to do so. I agree to all the booking conditions attached.

I acknowledge that Oak Apple Barn is no smoking and does not accept pets without prior agreement. I have read and accept the terms and conditions of this booking.
